In slang spoken English, if you call some guy a “Queen” it means that you are making fun of him. You are saying that he’s acting womanly or he’s gay. It doesn’t even mean that you think being gay is bad. It’s just a way to joke with a guy.

Mark is such a queen. He won’t come out for a few beers with us because his mom doesn’t like him drinking.
